Entrepreneurship development among women is important for the achievement of broader development objectives such as growth with equity. ‘WE’ is a Social Impact accelerator program for Women Entrepreneurs aiming to build a supportive biosphere. This program is being run at the IIM Calcutta Innovation Park, in partnership with Pernod Ricard India Foundation. In an effort to strengthen the ecosystem the program aims to select 12 Startups and incubate, mentor and seed fund them for 8 months. And another15 women entrepreneurs will be provided with monthly fellowship. The program will give away Rs 3.5 Cr as seed fund and grants.
