Bodhi Health Education is working with a mission of providing technology based solutions for talent screening and training to the healthcare industry. These include competency based testing platform integrated with eLearning system and gamification. Bodhi Health Education is operating with leading public and private healthcare providers and Bodhi’s platform reaches to 30,000 healthcare professionals.
The key deployment for Bodhi Health Education have been:
- Deploying of training platform for 7,000 nurses and doctors at All India Institute for Medical Sciences, New Delhi
- Partnership with SIFPSA, Government of Uttar Pradesh for integrating Bodhi’s mobile based learning application with mSehat platform
- Among 16 commercial pilots selected by International Financial Corporation (IFC) under TechEmerge program to implement talent screening and eLearning based solution for IFC’s portfolio companies
- Selected to develop Maternal & Child Health game based training solution for Project AASMAN funded by USAID, BMGF, Merck, TATA Trusts and Reliance Foundation. This would be implemented in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh in Phase 1.
Bodhi Health Education was founded by Abhinav Girdhar and Shrutika Girdhar in 2012 and are currently targeting the Indian market addressing an estimated shortage of 3.6 million health workers.
Bodhi Health Education leverages low cost mobile technology coupled with e-Learning to create scalable, high quality training solutions for the bottom of pyramid health workers. Complex medical topics are taught to semi-literate women in an interactive and engaging way using pictorial videos in regional languages.
